The restoration involved resolving several key issues:
• The heat exchanger was damaged.
• The fan unit was running intermittently and required attention.
• During servicing, products of combustion were found leaking from the Belfry, indicating a fault with the existing flue system.
To ensure the safe and reliable operation of the appliance, a new flue was installed, and all critical components were serviced or replaced as needed.
